By using this website or placing an order, you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
All pieces sold through CarlaPlaysArt are handmade originals. Because each item is crafted by hand, minor variations in colour, texture, and finish are inherent to the process and are not considered defects — they are what make each piece unique.
Product descriptions and photography represent the item as accurately as possible. Screen colour calibration may affect how colours appear.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are only confirmed once we accept them — you will receive a formal invoice by email upon acceptance, usually within 1–2 business days. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
For items with limited inventory, orders are subject to availability at the time of acceptance. If a purchased item is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange a refund.
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely at checkout. By completing payment you authorise the transaction for the full order amount.
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after acceptance. Delivery times vary by destination — see our Shipping & Returns page for full details. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.
We want you to love your piece. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Full return and exchange terms are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Because all items are handmade to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once production has begun.
Custom and bespoke commissions are agreed individually via the request form. A custom order becomes binding once a deposit or full payment has been made. Custom pieces cannot be cancelled or refunded after work has begun, except in cases of our error.
All artwork, photography, text, and designs on this site are the original work of CarlaPlaysArt. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial sharing (for example, posting a photo of your purchase) is welcome with credit.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CarlaPlaysArt's liability for any claim arising from the use of this site or any purchase shall not exceed the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
